Terms & Conditions — PhlRuby Gaming Platform

By accessing the PhlRuby website, mobile application, or any related service (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the PhlRuby Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

PhlRuby reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and use the PhlRuby Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of PhlRuby, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the PhlRuby Platform or had an account terminated for cause.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. PhlRuby reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents at any time to verify your identity. Accepted documents include a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or any other PAGCOR-accepted identification.

PhlRuby may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the PhlRuby Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. PhlRuby employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up to date at all times.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notifying PhlRuby immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

PhlRuby will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately at [email protected].

Your PhlRuby account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

PhlRuby supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at PhlRuby's discretion. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• PhlRuby does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST).
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your PhlRuby account.
• PhlRuby reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds derived from active bonuses that have not yet met wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

PhlRuby offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion on the Promotions page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus rules applicable to all PhlRuby promotions:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• PhlRuby reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or false information, will be voided and the associated account may be permanently suspended.
• The Daily Wheel spin is available once per 24-hour period per verified account. Wheel prizes are credited immediately and are subject to applicable wagering requirements where stated.

PhlRuby's promotional calendar is aligned with significant Philippine events including PBA Finals, national holidays, and the Christmas season (Pasko). Promotional terms for event-specific offers will be published in advance on the Promotions page.

All games available on the PhlRuby Platform — including Jackpot Fishing, Go Rush, Relax Fishing, Super Keno, and the Daily Wheel — operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG ensures that all game outcomes are entirely random, independent, and unpredictable. PhlRuby's RNG systems are independently audited on a regular basis.

Each game has its own set of rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages. Players are encouraged to review the in-game rules and help sections before wagering real money. By placing a wager, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of the game being played.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, PhlRuby's server-side records shall be the definitive record of the game outcome. PhlRuby will make reasonable efforts to resolve any disputed game outcomes fairly and in a timely manner.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the PhlRuby Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing PhlRuby staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

PhlRuby employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement agencies in investigating suspected violations.

All content on the PhlRuby Platform — including but not limited to the PhlRuby name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of PhlRuby or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use PhlRuby's trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

PhlRuby collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

PhlRuby is committed to protecting your personal information and complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

PhlRuby may share your information with regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, where required by law or as part of our compliance obligations. We may also share data with payment processors and identity verification providers strictly for the purpose of processing your transactions and verifying your identity.

PhlRuby is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Check: Periodic pop-up reminders showing your session duration and net gaming activity.

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, server downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results caused by technical failures beyond PhlRuby's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

PhlRuby's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude PhlRuby's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

PhlRuby reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Your account has been involved in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.
• You are under 21 years of age.
• Continued operation of your account would expose PhlRuby to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• You have requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming program.

Upon termination of your account for cause, PhlRuby reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and associated winnings. Where termination is not due to a violation on your part, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

PhlRuby reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and/or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the PhlRuby Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

PhlRuby operates under the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming in the Philippines. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
